Zuiho (瑞鳳) is a premium Uji matcha from Kanbayashi Shunsho, the historic Japanese tea house of Uji, Kyoto.
Created for koicha (thick tea), Zuiho offers a rich and full-bodied umami character with refined sweetness, elegant aroma and a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel. Its depth of flavour is beautifully balanced, with a lingering and sophisticated finish.
An excellent choice for experienced matcha drinkers or anyone looking for a richer, more refined traditional Japanese matcha experience. It can be enjoyed as both koicha and usucha.

How to Prepare
Usucha
Sift approximately 2g matcha, add 60–70ml water at 70–80°C, then whisk briskly until smooth and frothy.
Koicha 濃茶
Use approximately 3–4g matcha with 25–35ml hot water. Slowly knead with a bamboo whisk until thick, glossy and smooth.

Storage： Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep tightly sealed and refrigerated, and consume as soon as possible.
